Join us for an evening of salt, story, and celebration.
We’re bringing together the tamara™ community for live music, photography, giveaways from women-owned local businesses, and the premiere of Kindred Spirits, our short documentary honouring real women in real environments.

Explore a gallery of surf photographs shot in our community by Fructose Photography.

Winners announced just before the screening: every attendee is automatically entered upon completing our RSVP form.

Experience Kindred Spirits, a short documentary filmed on Aotearoa's rugged coasts, in the Wellington region.

About the film
Kindred Spirits celebrates the wāhine who anchor this brand: women who move for joy, resilience, and connection.
Filmed on our coastlines in wild weather, the short documentary follows five local surfers as they share what the water means to them.

Live music by Nikita 雅涵 Tu-Bryant
Nikita 雅涵 Tu-Bryant, Taiwan-born, Pōneke-based musician and actor, will be performing a special solo set to open the evening. Best known as the front-woman of the dream-trio KITA, Nikita blends folk, soul and psychedelia with her signature storytelling and guitar work. Fresh from completing her trilingual art-house film LOVE LIVES HERE, she’s warming up for KITA’s summer tour, including a show in Wellington at Moon on 11 December.
